More MVP Summit Thoughts

Yesterday, me and the other BizTalk (and Connected Systems) MVPs began participating in a software design review of Oslo.  Not much we can talk about, but needless to say, the Microsoft team’s been busy.  Interesting stuff so far.

On top of the great group of folks I had met up with the day before, it was more of the same yesterday.  Got a chance to chat with Jesus Rodriguez, Jon Flanders, Winson Woo, Yossi Dahan, Saravana Kumar, Kent Weare, Matt Meleski and Eric Stott.  It’s quite beneficial to get the insights and perspectives of the folks who use the software vs. just those who build it.

  1. Richard, just how annoying do you think it is to publish a blog entry saying “we know something but you don’t”? “Hey look at me I’m an MVP”? You could try asking your colleague Brian Loesgen – he just did it too.

  2. That’s fair. I usually don’t like those types of posts either. The point of a post like this isn’t (for me) to brag about some sort of insider knowledge, but rather to communicate that a fair number of people are spending time looking at what to do next with BizTalk. The “what” is mostly irrelevant, given how much is going to inevitably change between now and a ship date.

  3. Hi
I work with BizTalk server 2006 and I have a big problem with it, I will be thankful if you can help me.
I want to create a process in BizTalk orchestrator which runs in SharePoint and assign tasks to users.

I can create process and run it in SharePoint but all tasks (of process) is run for one user, So my problem is how to assign each task to each user (SharePoint users).
    Best Regard
